1. About HireMD

HireMD (hiremd.app) is an online directory of IT companies operating in Moldova. The platform allows businesses worldwide to discover, research, and contact Moldova-based software development companies, agencies, and tech teams.

By accessing or using HireMD, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

2. Directory Data & Sources

Company profiles on HireMD are sourced from the MITP public registry (Moldova's IT Park — mitp.md), which is a publicly accessible government database of registered IT companies in Moldova. This data is published openly by the Moldovan authorities and is not subject to copyright restrictions that would prevent its republication in a directory context.

Additional data may be supplemented from other publicly available sources such as company websites, public business registries, and information voluntarily submitted by company representatives.

HireMD does not scrape or aggregate private, confidential, or personally identifiable information beyond what is made publicly available by the official MITP registry.

3. Data Accuracy & Verified Status

Company profiles on HireMD exist in one of two states:

Users relying on profile data for business decisions are encouraged to independently verify information directly with the company before entering into any commercial relationship.

4. Claiming Your Profile

If your company is listed on HireMD and you are an authorized representative, you have the right to claim and manage your profile free of charge. To claim a profile:

1. Sign in or create an account using your company email address.
2. Locate your company's profile and click "Claim this profile".
3. Once verified, you may update all profile fields, add a logo, and manage your listing.

If you believe a profile contains incorrect information about your company and wish it corrected or removed before claiming, contact us at contact@hiremd.app. We will process takedown or correction requests within 7 business days.

By claiming a profile, you confirm that you are authorized to represent the company and take responsibility for the accuracy of any information you provide.

5. User Submissions

When you submit a new company or update an existing profile, you confirm that:

• You are authorized to represent the company in question.
• The information submitted is accurate and not misleading.
• The submission does not infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party.
• You grant HireMD a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display the submitted information on the platform.

HireMD reserves the right to review, edit, decline, or remove any submission at its sole discretion, particularly if it violates these terms or is deemed inaccurate or misleading.

6. Prohibited Uses

You may not use HireMD to:

• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent company information.
• Impersonate a company or its representatives.
• Scrape, harvest, or systematically collect data from HireMD for use in competing directories or products without written permission.
• Send unsolicited commercial communications to companies discovered via HireMD.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to company accounts or platform systems.
• Use the platform in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations.

7. Inquiries & Lead Forms

HireMD provides inquiry forms ("Get a Free Quote") on company profile pages to facilitate initial contact between potential clients and listed companies. By submitting an inquiry:

• You consent to your name, email, and message being forwarded to the relevant company.
• You understand that HireMD is not a party to any resulting business relationship or agreement.
• You acknowledge that response times and terms are entirely at the discretion of the individual company.

HireMD is a discovery and connection platform only. We are not an agency, intermediary, or guarantor of any service, quality, or outcome resulting from introductions made through this platform.

8. Intellectual Property

The HireMD brand, logo, website design, and original written content are the property of HireMD and may not be copied or reproduced without written permission.

Company names, logos, and descriptions remain the intellectual property of their respective owners. Company logos and branding are displayed solely for identification purposes within the directory context and do not imply endorsement of HireMD by those companies.

Data sourced from the MITP public registry is published under the open access terms of that government registry. HireMD claims no copyright over this public-domain data.

9. Limitation of Liability

HireMD provides the directory on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• HireMD is not liable for any inaccuracy in unverified company profiles sourced from public data.
• HireMD is not liable for any business decisions made based on information found on this platform.
• HireMD is not liable for the conduct, quality, or reliability of any listed company.
• HireMD is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.

Our total liability to you in connection with the platform shall not exceed €100.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. For material changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify users via the platform or email.

Continued use of HireMD after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Moldova. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Chișinău, Moldova, unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence.
