Verderock is a company that was founded to create business solutions. Following analytical activity, the decision was made to create customized software for each client. After negotiations with various companies, a contract was signed to provide customized software creation services for Q-pay company. To achieve the set objectives, 3 information technology specialists were selected with whom indefinite-term employment contracts were signed. The company was initially created as a consulting company, however, following analysis of the market and our capabilities, we decided to refocus on software creation. It should be noted that the enterprise did not provide services, did not have clients, did not have revenue, and the company's activity consisted only of analysis by the director.
