We are a start up building a customer loyalty system of the new generation, focusing on elevating the off-line retailer-shopper experience. We have just registered and are building up a team (mobile engineers, backenders, frontenders, DevOps, QA) to start our operations. We will develop our product with great UX, we will use gamification and fast technologies. Our main application will have the card wallet functionality. Users will be able to store bonus/discount cards in their phones and use them for discounts at the merchant stores. Our product will have two types of clients - physical people and enterprises. For physical people we will offer mobile apps (Android and iOS), for the enterprises we will have an administration interface on the web. We will also have a landing web-site. Everything will be powered by the backend servers in the MS Azure cloud. Based on the Q&A interviews, we are going to identify retailer-consumer pains and competitor weaknesses to provide the best UX solution for the most effective interaction between the retailer and the consumer. We do not plan to develop standalone games (like for Xbos or Steam). We will use Kotlin and Swift to build these mini-games on Android and iOS. We will use Javascript, Python (Django), Kotlin and iOS to build these features on request. We will offer services and advice on how they can improve their IT (architecture, software, hardware). Both b2c and b2b functionality will collect and process various types of data, including personal data. We will use VueJS and Quasar for that. The landing site will be used as an entry portal into our system and will contain information about the product and business articles. We will use VueJS, Python (Django), HTML, CSS and other technologies to develop and maintain the landing site.
